How does the free trial work?

You pick a plan and approve it through Shopify, the same screen you approve any app on. Nothing is charged for 14 days. Use the whole thing on real runs, and if it is not for you, cancel in two taps before day 14 and you pay nothing. After that it continues at your plan price.

Is there a free plan?

No permanent free tier. ORBIT runs your deliveries, it is not a toy you check once. Every plan gets the same 14 days free to prove it on your own route first.

Do I pay per driver?

No. The thing every other app taxes you for is included. Solo is one driver, Pro is up to five, Max is unlimited. Flat monthly, no per-seat surprise.

Does it work with Australia Post?

Yes. When you ship via a carrier in Shopify, ORBIT captures the tracking and puts it on your branded page automatically. Buying labels in-app is on the roadmap.

What about CarPlay?

Coming. ORBIT is the only Shopify-native delivery app heading for the car dashboard. Plan in the app, run it on CarPlay, close orders as you drive.
